are pleased to announce that Hart & Cooley, Inc., a Tomkins
Industries company headquartered in Holland, Michigan, has purchased Ward Industries, Inc.
Gary
Henry, president of Hart & Cooley, comments, “This is the second
strategic acquisition that we have made in the past twelve months. Following our recent acquisition of American Metal Products, Ward
provides us with a new and complementary product offering in the
residential and commercial construction markets, and is in line with our
growth strategies in niche markets.”
Over
the next several months, Hart & Cooley, Inc. will expand on
the synergies of both companies in an effort to make Ward the most
recognizable name in the duct accessory market.
